In order to best serve our customers and clients, Facchina has established regional Heavy/Civil/Infrastructure (HCI) groups all of which perform many of the same functions as our heavy highway group.  Although each have a specialty or focus area, they procure work in their respective regions/areas and offer the full range of heavy/civil/infrastructure services.  Our Regional HCI groups include: HCI Baltimore, HCI Northern Virginia, and HCI Southern Maryland.
