		<description><![CDATA[Nearly a year after the DC Department of Transportation awarded Skanska/Facchina JV this milestone project, work is continuing with the design and construction.  The 11th Street Bridge project will include demolition of 10 existing bridges and construction of 15 new bridges, including three new crossings of the Anacostia River.  Also included are extensive retaining walls and new roads and ramps.
