Facchina Construction - Building & Commercial Construction Division
The youngest division of Facchina Construction, Commercial Development and Construction was initially created to respond to the surge in commercial growth following the 2002 tornado that swept through LaPlata, Maryland. Since then it has become Facchina’s fastest growing division, specializing in design/build of all types of commercial buildings, including class “A” offices and flex space complexes. The division recently began work on the ST building for the College of Southern Maryland.
This $14 million project, is the largest competitively bid public project to date for the division.
