Facchina’s concrete frames work is typically completed as a subcontractor to the area’s top general contractors.   We perform structural cast-in-place concrete work for high rise office buildings, hospitals, schools, dormitories and parking garages. Our contracts range from $500,000 to over $30,000,000.  Facchina’s team has the knowledge and expertise to work with all our clients to provide an innovative approach to each project.   In order to better support the company’s concrete frames material needs, Facchina is now the largest U.S. owner of PERI form products, which are state-of-the-art European designed and patented forming systems.  Facchina’s pioneering first local-market use of PERI Formwork Systems has increased productivity and allowed us to thrive in an extremely competitive concrete construction market.
