Facchina Construction is an installing dealer for AB Chance Civil Products. These include helical anchors, underpinning, tiebacks, pull down micropiles and Atlas Resistance Piers. Facchina’s Northern Virginia Division was formed in 2007 with the acquisition of KB Contracting, LLC and their AB Chance dealership. Our team has a full resume of underpinning and new foundation construction on various types of projects. One of our more notable projects was the underpinning of the historic Williamsburg Lodge.
