Facchina Construction Company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator. Facchina operates in the Metropolitan Washington DC Area works primarily as a general contractor on public infrastructure projects and self-perform civil and structural work including concrete, excavation, and utilities.
The successful Accounts Payable Administrator candidate must have experience processing and coding a large volume of construction related invoices. Job Cost and General Ledger knowledge is desirable. Experience and strong understanding of committed cost, purchase order system, tax compliance related to annual 1099’s, W-9’s, tax exemption on permanent materials and multiple state retail tax regulations is required. Timberline accounting software experience is a plus.
