Facchina Development Co. (FD) is a Washington area-based investment and development management service firm. For over 15 years FD principals and key employees have been involved in zoning, development, construction, renovation, investment, finance, sale, and lease of more than 2 million square feet of office, residential, hotel, and retail projects. Currently, FD has approval to build one the regions tallest and most prestigious condominium projects overlooking the Georgetown waterfront. FD also has the capacity to provide corporations, institutions and governments with a single entity to develop, construct, purchase, lease, finance, and market property as owner/developer, joint venture, program manager, or owner's representative.
Established in 1997, FD has grown steadily throughout the years, developing into a diverse multi-disciplined organization with a wide range of real estate expertise.
FD has evolved into an organization which oversees the acquisition, design, construction, operation and management of various business interests, including major commercial and residential real estate operations, hotels, historic renovations, franchise retail sales and restaurant facilities.
FD’s present portfolio includes ownership, investment, and development activities in approximately 10 projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
The Company maintains a firm commitment to quality management and partnering with all participating members of the project development, design and construction components.
