The Fairview I building project, in White Plains MD, includes construction of a 3 story office building.  In addition to the overall building package, Facchina has also completed the fit-out for a number of the building tenants.

 Fairview II White Plains, MD

Contract Value: $ 3,000,000

 The Fairview II building, our second project with Osprey Development, is situated in White Plains, MD near the recently completed Fairview I building.  This project includes a 25,000 SF 3 story base building package with finished corridors ready for tenant fit out.  The project was complete in September 2007.
