Turnberry Tower is a twenty-five floor condominium in Rossyln, Virginia.  Facchina Construction is the concrete subcontractor for Facchina-McGaughan, the General Contractor, and they are in turn contracted to the owner: 1881 Rosslyn Associates LLC.  This project consists of pouring the concrete for 6 below grade parking levels and 25 floors of condominiums towering over the Potomac River and the DC skyline.  The initial scheduled concrete duration was 16 ½ months with concrete. However, Facchina was able to complete the 7-story substructure, four months ahead of schedule.   The project included approximately 900,000 square feet of elevated structural concrete deck and 40,000 cubic yards of concrete.
