Facchina Construction is currently working as a JV member of the ICC Constructors
(IC3) building the ICC Contract C. MD 200 ICC Contract C is a lump sum, Design-Build project. The project consists of 4.5 miles of a new 6-lane ICC roadway and a three level interchange at Rte. 29, a new interchange with Briggs Chaney Road and a new three level interchange with I-95.  The contract includes 25 bridges, numerous retaining walls, 12 SWM ponds, Soil Improvement, MOT on two of the State’s most heavily traveled roadways, extensive protective features to the environment, Landscaping  and aesthetic elements to compliment the surrounding area. 

Principal Participants and Members of IC3 are: Shirley Contracting Company, LLC, Clark Construction Group, LLC, Atkinson Construction Company, LLC, Facchina Construction Company, Inc., and Trumbull Corporation. The Team's lead design firm, providing overall project design coordination and management, is Dewberry & Davis, LLC.
