Facchina Construction of Florida served as Construction Consultant for the new construction and retrofit of an existing Energy Center facility including all mechanical, electrical life safety, and fire protection.  This unique project was based on a design philosophy that the hospital must survive a category III land falling hurricane and be capable of independent operation for up to two weeks after a storm.  Facchina Construction provided preconstruction and construction services on this project.
