Ocean Towers I & II General contracting services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the two 16-story, 111-unit luxury condominiums with garages, pool decks and cabanas.  Units range in size from 2,500 to 4,500 square feet each.  Both towers feature welcoming porte cocheres and magnificent two-story domed lobbies. Ocean Club Towers I, II & IIIgeneral contracting services on three, 100-unit luxury condominiums with parking garages, pool decks and ancillary buildings.  Each tower consists of 14 to 18 floors utilizing approximately 325,000 square feet.  In addition, each building has approximately 95 units with ocean and bay view balconies.  Guaranteed Maximum Price packages for each tower were negotiated individually.General contracting services included estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, technical reviews, bid package development and quality control.
