In conjunction with its joint venture partner, Devcon Construction, Inc., we served as a General Contractor in constructing a 300,000 square foot, eight-story office building along with a one-story 1700 car parking structure for Franklin Templeton Investments in St. Petersburg, Florida.  The joint venture partnership provided preconstruction services, including consultant selection, estimating, constructability reviews and value engineering.  The first phase of construction, worth $36 million, was completed in March 2000.  Tenant improvements were completed approximately two months later.  Heery International provided architectural services on the project.
