The Park Shore Tower project consisted of the renovation and restoration of  a condominium building due to damage that was sustained during Hurricane Wilma in October 2005. The project included complete removal of exterior skin and replacement of EIFS, windows in all units, drywall, related electrical work and atrium glass in lobby.  The luxury condominium was partially occupied throughout the 8-month construction duration.  Facchina was able to complete the project 14-months ahead of schedule.  The project was the largest scaffolding project in the State of Florida.
