The Facchina Group of Companies has prospered because of our adherence to a few basic principles; hire and retain the best personnel, provide these individuals with the resources they need to perform at a high level, clearly define what "success" means in the context of our task, work hard at every level to achieve that success and of course, no criteria for success is complete if it fails to include the satisfaction of our customers.

I am proud of what we, the employees of The Facchina Group of Companies, have accomplished. As we welcome new projects and endeavors, we will continue to embrace the philosophies that have served us well thus far.

I will never be satisfied with mediocre results from any part of Facchina. We will always reach higher. This company bears my name for the purpose of expressing my personal accountability and determination that the company’s conduct be exemplary in every respect. Name and reputation are of prime importance to me, as I know they are to those who choose us as their contractor or business partner.
